Handmade items, including candles and ceramics, ship from Atlanta, Georgia, where each piece is carefully prepared and packed before making its way to you. Books may ship separately from our distribution partners.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at hello@cozylanternarchive.com.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@cozylanternarchive.com and we'll make it right.

Each handmade item is crafted in small batches and may include slight variations that reflect the artist's process. These are part of what makes each piece unique.
