Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days of shipment.

Books are lovingly fulfilled through our publishing partner and will arrive separately from your handmade items. You'll receive tracking information for both shipments so you always know where your order is.

Your handmade ceramics and candles are packed personally by us with tremendous care. We want your unboxing experience to be pure joy. All handmade items ship from Atlanta, Georgia.

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's an exchange, a store credit, or a refund. You shouldn't have to keep something that doesn't feel right.
