There’s something wrong with Olmeda’s paranormals.
First, the fire mage can only produce ice, then one of the wolf shifters can’t shift back to human. What’s worse, it all seems centered around the Tea Cauldron, especially when an out-of-town witch suffers from the same magical issue shortly after stopping by.
