It never rains but it pours — and in Toot Hansell, that’s an understatement.

With endless rain turning the village into a swamp, the locals blame the weather… until their water sprite vanishes, leaving a flock of furious geese behind. Now the only clean water comes in expensive bottles from wellness guru Lachlan Jameson.

People are disappearing, eerie faces lurk in the streams, and quicksand’s becoming a real concern. The dragons and the Women’s Institute know this is more than bad weather, and they’re determined to stop their village from sinking.

But the deeper they dig, the murkier things get. Something is lurking in the depths—and if the WI, the dragons, and one off-the-books detective inspector don’t solve the mystery soon, the whole valley could be washed away.
